IBC2026 — the global media and entertainment tech show lands in Amsterdam this September

IBC2026 brings together the global media, entertainment and technology community at RAI Amsterdam from 11–14 September. The exhibition floor is free to access with a Visitor Pass, making it a solid option for anyone working in streaming, broadcast, or immersive media who wants to see where the tech is heading.

This year’s conference programme covers AI in action, live sport innovation, creator disruption and trust in content — themes that map directly onto what DCN members are wrestling with. The show floor spans everything from streaming infrastructure and AI-powered production tools to XR and spatial audio.

Amsterdam is easily reachable from the UK (Eurostar from London or short flights from most cities), and the free exhibition pass keeps the barrier low. The conference sessions are ticketed separately if you want the deeper programme.
