Show and Tell: Open Mic Project Showcase

A relaxed evening of lightning demos and community feedback for anyone working in immersive tech. Immersive Rally London is opening the stage to practitioners with work-in-progress projects in XR, haptics, virtual production, motion capture, and related fields.

Each presenter gets 5 minutes max to show their project via Google Slides, followed by time for questions and feedback. It’s deliberately not a sales-pitch environment — the aim is to share experiments, get useful input, and inspire others.

The event runs 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM at City St George’s, University of London (Northampton Square, London EC1V 0HB). Doors open at 6:30 PM for networking, with demos starting around 6:50 PM. A welcome from Stuart Scott kicks things off, and the evening wraps with drinks at a nearby spot.
